Andriy Vasyslyev

Andriy Vasyslyev graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2022 with a thesis on COMPARISON OF OPTIMIZERS FOR DISPACEMENT OF ELECTRICAL PRODUCTION SYSTEMS, receiving a grade of 110 and the dignity of print. He has rigorously carried out a series of comparisons of methodologies for optimizing the dispatching of energy systems (generators and storage) in a market-driven context, starting with the choice of algorithm, continuing with the information to be introduced into the models, and ending with the evaluation of the economic impact analysis.

He is currently involved in the statistical analysis of the Italian electricity markets, developing optimization models not only with a market-driven approach but also with a demand-driven approach. These algorithms make it possible to define the best energy dispatcher given the boundary conditions and the objective function of the problem.
